How do I add items to my existing Autoship box?Updated 23 days ago

To add products to your existing box, go to Manage Subscriptions. Locate the subscription you'd like to add products to and select "Edit Products." A pop-up will display with an option to "Add Product(s) to Subscription." Using the search bar, you can search for specific products to add, or you can browse the full list of products. 


Anything you add will default to the existing frequency set for your box and will ship in your next scheduled monthly box. You can manage the frequency and delivery date at any time.


Important: A subscription box is defined by all items scheduled at a single frequency to a single address. You can create multiple subscription boxes for different frequencies, addresses, etc. Shipping is calculated for each individual shipment. Shipments scheduled within 7 days of each other to the same address with the same frequency and payment method will be combined. 


Note: Changes made to your Autoship subscription apply to future orders. Any orders that have already been processed will not be adjusted.
